inspiring vet care is seeking a friendly Customer Care Advisor for Thistle Equine in Central Scotland. The role is part-time permanent at Syke Farm, with potential to move sites.

You will greet clients, manage appointments, handle enquiries and support both clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client journey. You’ll work Monday to Friday, about five hours daily, in a supportive practice offering career development, leave and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• You are friendly, organised and customer-focused.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Liaise between clients and the clinical team to deliver care.
• Meet and greet clients and their horses.
• Book appointments and manage the diary.
• Handle telephone and email enquiries.
• Process payments for services and products.
