Job summary

inspiring vet care is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to join the Thistle Equine team. This full-time role is based between three practices, primarily at Brown Egg, Inchinnan, with flexibility to work at any branch in Central Scotland.

You will deliver a welcoming, professional and compassionate client experience while coordinating appointments and communications. You will liaise with clinical staff, support operations, and ensure smooth client journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with focus on service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer care by liaising between clients and clinical team
• Meet and greet clients and their horses
• Book appointments and manage the practice diary
• Handle telephone and email enquiries
• Process payments for services and products
• Manage cash flow and complete end-of-day banking tasks
