inspiring vet care is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to join the Thistle Equine team across Scotland, with responsibilities for front-desk client interactions, appointment bookings, and smooth practice administration. You'll be the first point of contact, delivering a warm, professional service while coordinating with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
