Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is hiring a Customer Services Advisor in Coleraine for a fixed-term 5 months. The role involves taking orders by phone or online, making outbound courtesy calls, and delivering exemplary service with empathy and warmth.

The candidate should have customer service experience, strong PC and telephone skills, attention to detail, and good written English; full UK driving licence desirable but not essential. Salary £13.45/hr plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Confident using a personal computer to manage orders.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Able to pay attention to detail and be accurate.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Taking telephone and internet orders and outbound calls.
• Support drivers with route planning for delivery rounds.
• Provide exemplary service on every contact.
• Update customer records and liaise with relatives as required.
• Ensure customers know how to cook, store and re-order meals.
• Prepare promotional literature and share product details with customers.
• Search for new business opportunities.
• Share best practices to improve service proposition.
• Promote WFF healthy and nutritious meals to customers.
