Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods is hiring a part-time Customer Services Advisor for a 5-month fixed term. You will handle phone and online orders, perform outbound courtesy calls, and update customer records while ensuring exemplary service to elderly customers.

Working 20 hours per week, 9.00am-1.00pm, five days a week (closed Sundays). A caring approach and empathy are essential to build trust with customers and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience of a customer service role
• Confident using a personal computer to manage and process orders
• Confident telephone manner and ability to communicate clearly
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• GCSE Maths and English at standard level or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Taking telephone and internet orders and processing them accurately
• Making outbound courtesy calls to customers
• Updating customer records and liaising with relatives as required
• Promoting the WFF product range and services to customers
