Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods is hiring a part-time Customer Services Advisor to take电话 and internet orders, with 15 hours weekly across 2 of 6 days, including bank holidays. You will comfort and assist our elderly customers, providing warm, helpful support and occasionally carrying outSheltered Housing demonstrations for product showcases.

The role emphasizes empathy, patience, and a friendly approach. A full UK driving licence is required, and there are company benefits and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience of a customer service role.
• Confident using a PC to manage and process orders.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Able to pay attention to detail and be accurate in your work.

Responsibilities

• Take telephone/internet orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Support drivers with route planning for next day deliveries.
• Ensure every call provides exemplary service.
• Update customer records and liaise with relatives as required.
• Explain how to cook, store and re-order meals as needed.
• Promote products and promotions to customers.
• Seek new business opportunities and share best practices.
