Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is recruiting a part-time Customer Services Advisor to take orders by phone or internet and make outbound courtesy calls.

You will be engaging with mainly elderly customers, delivering warm, patient and empathetic service while supporting delivery routes and helping customers with cooking and re-ordering meals.

We offer a competitive hourly rate (£13.45) plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Confident using a PC to manage and process orders.
• Confident telephone manner and clear communication.
• Numerate with good written English; GCSE Maths/English or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Take telephone and internet orders and make outbound calls.
• Support drivers with route planning for next day deliveries.
• Ensure exemplary service in every call or contact.
• Update customer records and liaise with relatives as required.
• Advise customers on cooking, storing and re-ordering meals.
