Banana Moon Day Nurseries seeks a dedicated Deputy Manager for a part-time role (three days per week) to support the Nursery Manager in operations and lead a passionate team delivering high-quality care and education.

You will implement EYFS-aligned programs, oversee staff development, engage with families, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a nurturing, collaborative environment for children.

Qualifikationen

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a deputy or similar role within an early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Current DBS check and relevant training certifications.

Aufgaben

• Support the Nursery Manager in day-to-day operations and management.
• Ensure the nursery operates in compliance with all regulations and best practices.
• Lead and support the nursery team, overseeing their professional development.
• Implement and review educational programs aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Engage with parents and families to build strong, supportive relationships.
• Act as a role model for staff and children, demonstrating best practices in early childhood education.
