He lives with his wife and has a close, supportive family who helps with the day-to-day care. The client has well-managed schizophrenia, stable health conditions such as Asthma managed with inhalers and reduced mobility. He benefits from calm, reliable, person-centred support that promotes independence and comfort. We are looking for someone respectful and personable, who can naturally fit into family life, anticipate what needs to be done, and maintain professional boundaries. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide consistent care in a warm, supportive home environment.In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
