Job summary

Active Assistance in the Home is seeking compassionate Live-in Support Workers to join a dedicated care package in Malvern Link, Worcestershire. You will support one client with complex needs, living in his home on a rolling rota, with two weeks on/off and a zero-hours pattern.

This role requires care experience, a full UK driving licence, and a caring, proactive attitude. You’ll work closely with the family and care team, help with hygiene, mobility, and accompany the client to local amenities

Qualifications

• Experience in care or a similar role.
• Full UK drivers' licence to drive the client’s vehicle.
• Kindness, patience and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist the client to exercise choice and control over their own lives as far as they are able in everyday matters.
• Liaise with and support the family as required.
• Assist the client to ensure an adequate level of hygiene (washing, dressing, toileting).
• Drive the client and support access to local amenities and community events.
• Follow the service user plan documented for the client.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records.
• Participate in manual handling procedures as specified for the client.
• Maintain professional boundaries with the client and their family members, as directed by the care manager.

We’re proud to deliver safe, reliable, and outcome-focused care that truly transforms lives.We’re currently looking for **compassionate and proactive Female Live-In Support Workers** to join a dedicated care package in **Malvern Link Worcestershire.**In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.**Meet the Client:**You’ll be supporting a **warm and active gentleman** living with a spinal cord injury. He enjoys staying involved in life as much as possible and values the companionship of his support team.
