Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to provide person-centred care at clients' homes across the West Midlands region. You will deliver personal care and daily living tasks while promoting independence and wellbeing, following tailored care plans and liaising with care managers and clinical staff.

The role requires a Full UK Driving Licence, flexibility for various shifts, and commitment to compassionate, professional support of people with complex health needs.
