Job summary

Boots Group is seeking a CX Advisor in Nottingham for a fixed-term role starting in October 2026. The position is part-time (25+ hours) with weekend availability, pays £25,652.88 per year, and includes structured training to support customer conversations across multiple channels.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat and social media, delivering empathetic, clear solutions while meeting performance targets and protecting customer data according to GDPR and PCI

• Handle high-volume contact, including 80+ calls per day during peak times.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, confident solutions.
• Take ownership of queries and resolve issues efficiently.
