Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in Manchester is seeking a Customer Support advisor to provide face-to-face help in branches. This role covers 28 hours per week across Lloyds Manchester Market Street and Halifax Manchester Piccadilly, with salary £20,960 rising to £21,560 after six months.

You will be empathetic, calm under pressure, and focused on helping customers through important moments, including guiding digital banking usage. Training will be provided to grow across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months customer service experience.
• Be honest and genuine, caring about helping people with their finances.
• Ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.
• Commitment to deliver on promises and going above and beyond for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide face‑to‑face support to customers in Lloyds and Halifax branches.
• Help customers with everyday banking tasks and important moments.
• Promote digital services and assist customers with online and mobile banking.
