Job summary

B&Q Dover is seeking a TradePoint Customer Advisor to welcome and assist trade customers, understand their business needs and recommend the right products and services. You will work at the TradePoint counter and help members get great value through informed conversations.

This part-time role offers shifts Monday to Sunday 7am–10pm, a 3-month fixed term contract, and opportunities to develop product knowledge and customer loyalty schemes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to build relationships and spot new business opportunities.
• Willingness to promote loyalty schemes and promotions.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist TradePoint members with product and service guidance.
• Build relationships to recommend the right products and services.
• Promote Trade loyalty scheme and add value for members.
• Be flexible to cover shifts including weekends/evenings/bank holidays.
