Evess Group is seeking a friendly Customer Services Administrator for a part-time, permanent role based in Wixams. You will be the front line for customers, handling enquiries by phone and email and coordinating with colleagues to ensure a high standard of service.

The role offers hybrid/home working after training, with weekend work possible during busy periods, and a supportive team environment in a growing local business.

Qualifications

• Has previous customer service or customer care experience.
• Friendly, confident and professional telephone manner.
• Organised and able to manage workload effectively.
• Remains calm and works well under pressure.
• Experience using CRM systems; familiarity with different platforms is a plus.
• Good computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Reliable, approachable and helpful with customers.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
