Zego is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support customers by phone, email and LiveChat in a hybrid role based in the UK (Halifax). The position requires working Saturdays and Sundays 9am-6pm with home-based and office presence.

You will help maintain high customer satisfaction, resolve queries promptly and build strong relationships while representing our brand with professionalism.
