Job summary

Plymouth Community Homes is seeking a Part-Time Customer Experience Advisor to join our busy team in Plymouth. You will be a first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of enquiries with professionalism and care, including arranging repairs and updating records.

This role requires strong communication skills, a calm and empathetic approach, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Training is provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across a range of channels.
• Listen carefully and understand each customer's needs.
• Resolve enquiries at the first point of contact wherever possible.
• Arrange repairs and appointments using scheduling systems.
• Accurately update customer records and maintain data quality.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Help ensure every customer interaction is handled with care, respect and professionalism.
