Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver for Waitrose in Norwich. You will be the friendly face on the road, delivering groceries and providing excellent customer service, while also assisting with shop tasks when not delivering.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Hold a full, valid UK manual car driving licence (B-category) with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Bring excellent people skills and a friendly approach to customer service.
• Be prepared for physical work, including lifting crates and moving items up to 18 kg.

Responsibilities

• Be a friendly face for the Waitrose brand while on the road, delivering great customer service.
• Communicate with customers about order changes and arrange refunds if needed.
• Handle products with care and deliver them safely to customers.
• Ensure the van is road-ready and within safety rules; perform routine safety checks.
• Support the wider CFC team with warehouse tasks when not on deliveries.
