Qualifications

• Full valid UK B-category manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Excellent customer service and time management.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks and lift crates.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Check delivery routes for the day and prepare your van.
• Load and deliver orders directly to customers’ doors with care.
• Confirm vehicle safety checks and maintain road compliance.
• Represent Waitrose brand with outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers and build rapport while supporting shop tasks.
• Support wider shop team with general duties when needed.
