Job summary

Bishop Burton College is seeking an experienced crop production professional to join our Services to Business team as a Coach and Assessor in Crop Production. This part-time role (18.5 hours per week) will involve planning engaging learning, assessing progress and providing constructive feedback to apprentices.

You will bring at least three years’ industry experience, possibly in arable farming, agronomy or farm management, and the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners at different

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to explain practical processes to learners at different levels.
• Experience in training or assessing apprentices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan engaging learning activities for apprentices.
• Assess learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support employers and build opportunities for apprenticeships.
