Qualifications

• Recent hands-on experience in the agriculture industry.
• Passionate about mentoring, coaching and developing others.
• Holds a TAQA qualification (or equivalent), or is willing to work towards achieving one.
• Is organised, self-motivated, and comfortable using a range of digital systems.
• Has experience maintaining accurate records and tracking learner progress.
• Has a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Visit learners in their workplaces across farms and agricultural businesses.
• Provide guidance and support, and assess learner progress throughout their apprenticeship journey.
• Build strong relationships with employers and apprentices; ensure high-quality assessment and learner support.
• Travel is an essential part of the role; coordinate visits and schedules.
