Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and authoritative in a busy environment.
• Experience of supporting students is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a purposeful learning environment for students.
• Manage student behaviour effectively and ensure pupils stay engaged with set work.
• Support teachers by supervising multiple classes in a shared space.
• Loster supervision alongside senior leaders and the central behaviour team.
