Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or equivalent.

• Willing to work without planning or marking responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple classes in a large shared teaching space, ensuring pupils complete pre-set work.
• Maintain a purposeful learning environment and manage pupil behaviour.
• Support the school behaviour system and direct students to the behaviour suite if needed.
• Assist with smooth daily operations without planning or marking tasks.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and senior leaders to support student progress.
