About the Role

As a Company Secretary Administrator, you'll be a vital support for a range of private and listed fund clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and attending board and committee meetings, managing agendas, and meticulously drafting minutes.
  • Preparing and distributing board packs to ensure smooth meeting operations.
  • Liaising with legal advisors and registrars to maintain clear communication channels.
  • Overseeing statutory filings to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant governance standards.
  • Supporting the setup of new entities and assisting with onboarding processes.
  • Maintaining accurate company records and systems.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a UK company Secretary.
  • A strong understanding of minute-taking and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • While not essential, knowledge of UK Listing Rules, MAR, and relevant regulatory frameworks would be a plus.
  • A CGI qualification (or actively studying towards it) is highly desirable.
