About the Role

As a Company Secretary Administrator, you'll be a vital support for a range of private and listed fund clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and attending board and committee meetings, managing agendas and meticulously drafting minutes
  • Preparing and distributing board packs to ensure smooth meeting operations
  • Liaising with legal advisors and registrars to maintain clear communication channels
  • Overseeing statutory filings to ensure timely and accurate submissions
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant governance standards
  • Supporting the setup of new entities and assisting with onboarding processes
  • Maintaining accurate company records and systems

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a company secretarial or fund administration capacity
  • A strong understanding of minute-taking and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • While not essential, knowledge of UK Listing Rules, MAR and relevant regulatory frameworks would be a plus
  • A CGI qualification (or actively studying towards it) is highly desirable
