Job summary

Pinnacle Group are recruiting a dedicated Communal Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at a retirement living scheme. The role is based at Southlands Court, Runcorn WA7 and involves cleaning communal areas, waste management and basic maintenance tasks with a focus on safety and resident wellbeing.

The position is part-time (12 hours per week) with a set shift pattern and weekly pay, starting immediately.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills are vital for speaking with residents.
• Good physical health is essential due to bending, stairs and lifting.
• Basic DBS clearance may be required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal internal and external areas (lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths).
• Remove dumped refuse and manage waste as per contract.
• Check and replace blown bulbs; maintain clean windows within easy reach.
