Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Communal Cleaner for a retirement living scheme in Runcorn. You will join our Soft Services Cleaning Team, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across three storeys and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

The role is part-time, 12 hours weekly with a fixed pattern, and comes with weekly pay and an immediate start. You will support housing communities while following COSHH and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Good physical health for bending, stairs, lifting.
• Experience in cleaning and knowledge of cleaning equipment.
• Appointment subject to satisfactory Basic DBS.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal internal and external areas (lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths).
• Remove dumped refuse bags to proper refuse areas.
• Check communal lighting and replace blown bulbs.
• Sweep hard surfaces and litter pick on soft surfaces.
• Clean windows within easy reach.
