Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness at a large housing and rehabilitation site in Northampton. The role involves cleaning communal internal and external areas, waste management and basic maintenance tasks to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

The post is permanent, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday with start times at 9am or 10am, and 1pm or 2pm finish.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
• Experience using cleaning machinery.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards and paths as per contract specification.
• Remove dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other waste areas.
• Check communal lighting and replace blown bulbs.
• Sweep hard surfaces and litter pick on soft surfaces; clean windows within easy reach.
