Job summary

Winn Group in the North East is seeking a Part Time Claims Handler to join the First Response Team, handling road traffic, personal injury and vehicle damage claims with care and professionalism.

You will manage a personal caseload, deliver excellent client service, work to targets, and build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and third parties while maintaining accuracy and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a call centre environment.
• Experience of working towards deadlines and performance objectives.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Time management and organisation skills.
• Able to work effectively within a team.
• IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Handle initial client claims related to road traffic, personal injury, and vehicle damage.
• Look after your own caseload of clients, delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
• Be articulate with strong communication to handle complex claims and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties.
• Work to targets and deadlines within a proactive workplace, taking ownership of your caseload.
