Job summary

Winn Group in the North East is seeking a Part Time Claims Handler to join the First Response Team, handling road traffic, personal injury and vehicle damage claims with care and professionalism.

You will manage a personal caseload, deliver excellent client service, work to targets, and build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and third parties while maintaining accuracy and timely updates.

Responsibilities

• Handle initial client claims related to road traffic, personal injury, and vehicle damage.

Working Hours

We can offer you between 14 - 25 hours per week, you must work a minimum of 6 hours on either a Saturday or Sunday each week.

Provided that you work those hours you can increase your working hours by working weekday evenings after 5pm.

Responsibilities

• As a Claims Handler, you will handle initial client claims related to road traffic, personal injury, and vehicle damage.
• Looking after your own caseload of clients, delivering an exceptional customer service experience to both customers and clients.
• Being articulate, having a strong communication skill set to handle complex claims, and maintaining professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties.
• Working to targets and deadlines within a proactive workplace, meaning taking ownership of your caseload is essential.
