Working hours: Monday to Friday Covering hours between 8am - 6pm (shifts 8-430pm & 930-6pm) 1 in 4 Saturdays 930am - 330pm (Paid) & 1 shift per week 1030-730pmReady to turn chaos into calm after a car accident? What You’ll Be Doing:

As a First Response Claims Handler, you’ll play a key role in the early stages of the claims process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling new accident referrals from our trusted partners and guiding our clients through the initial steps in their claim.
• Investigating accident details to assess liability, damages and potential fraud!
• Explaining our services and benefits to our clients in a clear & confident way - feeling confident in negotiating and sales skills is a benefit!
• Organising suitable replacement vehicles quickly and efficiently.
• Managing multiple client accounts with empathy and professionalism.
• Making smart, commercial decisions that benefit both the customer and the business!
• Delivering top-tier customer service with empathy & energy!
