Job summary

Hydes are recruiting a Chef de Partie for their pub in Greater Manchester. This part-time position offers up to £14.27 per hour + tips and a range of benefits, with hours up to 40–48 per week across five days. Training and progression opportunities are available through a funded development programme.

You will work across stations, ensuring dishes meet seasonal menus and daily specials. Prior fresh-food kitchen experience is preferred and we welcome ambitious commis looking to progress.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality food in a busy kitchen.
• Able to work calmly under pressure and maintain consistent standards.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes to spec, across starters, mains and desserts.
• Support Sous and Head Chef with ordering and stock management.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience through teamwork and service.
