Job summary

Hydes is recruiting a Chef de Partie for The John Millington in Cheadle Hulme. The role is part-time with up to 40–48 hours across five days. You will deliver high food standards, work across stations and assist with ordering and stock management to support the kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fresh food environment is preferred.
• Attention to detail to ensure dishes are prepared to spec.
• Able to work across multiple stations and support the kitchen brigade.

• Prepare dishes to spec and maintain a range of stations.
• Assist with food ordering, stock management and keeping a 5-star rating.
