• BABCP accreditation required.
• Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with BABCP accreditation.
• At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience delivering high-intensity CBT.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CBT or brief interventions with strong clinical outcomes.
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations to guide evidence-based care.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone or video sessions based on client preference.
• Adhere to Bupa’s case management processes and supervision framework.
• Support group psychoeducation and outreach as needed.
