Job summary

Compass Group PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee Inspire catering and service operations on a part-time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week. You will ensure our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and help deliver truly incredible food experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train our teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone excels.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.
