Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a Catering Supervisor to oversee our kitchens and service counters for a major High Street brand on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). You will ensure delicious food, exceptional customer service and smooth operations across catering and service teams.

You will lead from the front, train teams, monitor KPIs, uphold Health & Safety standards and represent the brand with pride.

Qualifications

• Two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicating with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Training our teams and leading from the front to enable everyone to excel.
• Implementing Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.
