Job summary

Compass Group UK&I Eurest is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations on a part-time basis, contracted to 26.25 hours per week. You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly and deliver exceptional food experiences.

This role offers progression within a supportive employer that values individuals, rewards effort, and emphasizes health & safety and customer service. Shifts commonly follow a 4 on/4 off pattern.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable service.
• Communicating with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Supporting and training teams, leading from the front.
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across teams.
