Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations for a major High Street brand on a part-time basis (16 hours per week). You will lead kitchens and service counters, ensuring exceptional food and customer service while monitoring KPIs and liaising with your line manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of catering experience
• Experience managing teams in a similar role
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable service
• Monitoring KPIs and targets with your line manager
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Liaising between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations
• Training teams and leading from the front to enable excellence
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across teams
