Job summary

Kingsnorth Medical Practice is seeking two part-time Care Navigators to join our reception team in a semi-rural GP practice. Shifts span 8:00am–8:00pm Mon–Thu and 8:00am–7:00pm Fri, with potential overtime. Interviews scheduled for Friday 30th October.

We are a close-knit team with 4 Partners, 8 Salaried GPs, 3 Nurses, 3 HCAs and a Pharmacy Technician. You will support patients at the desk, assist with registrations, and act as a frontline advocate for the Practice.

Qualifications

• Friendly, motivated and reliable candidate.
• Ability to handle busy front-desk reception duties.
• Capable of dealing with patients and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls and directing inquiries.
• Managing patient registrations and appointment scheduling.
• Safeguard confidentiality and NHS policies in daily tasks.
• Assist team in delivering patient-centred care across the PHCT.
