This will be primarily within our telephone hub at Waterside Medical Centre; although the expectation for the Care Navigator team is to work across all 5 of our Gosport sites. You will need to be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, be organised and have the ability to work as part of an integrated multi-skilled team, within a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is essential along with an understanding, acceptance and adherence to the need for strict confidentiality.

As a team player, you'll be able to prioritise your work in order to meet deadlines and have a customer focused approach. Previous experience of working within the NHS is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
