Job summary

Supertemps Limited in Llandudno is seeking a Part-Time Call Centre Advisor to join a well-established organisation. The role involves handling customer enquiries across multiple channels, booking appointments, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for customers.

You will work approximately two months, 8 hours per week (Mondays and Saturdays, 9:00am–1:00pm). The position offers a friendly office environment with weekly pay and holiday accrual, at £12.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact centre.
• Proficient IT skills with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Empathy and patience when assisting customers.
• Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, Live Chat and SMS.
• Book, amend and manage customer appointments in a timely manner.
• Make proactive outbound calls to optimise schedules and promote offers.
• Update customer records using the CRM system.
• Provide a consistently professional, empathetic customer experience.
• Handle sensitive or challenging calls with patience and professionalism.
