Job summary

Supertemps Limited, an Anglesey-based holiday letting business, is seeking a Customer Service Professional to deliver outstanding guest experiences and service to property owners. You will coordinate cleaners and contractors, handle queries, and support onboarding of new properties while ensuring brand consistency across communications.

The role is full-time (35 hours) with hybrid working when possible, offering a salary around £24,000 per annum plus 33 days holiday incl.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, practical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage own workload and priorities.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Documents.
• Experience with a Property Management System (PMS) – desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests and property owners, providing friendly and professional support.
• Coordinate cleaners, contractors and suppliers to maintain high standards.
• Deal with queries quickly and with attention to detail.
• Monitor guest feedback and help improve the customer experience.
• Support onboarding of new properties and ensure standards are met.
• Work with the Operations Manager to improve processes and growth.
