PRP Architects LLP in Cardiff is seeking a part-time Business Development Manager (15 hours a week) to be the vibrant heart of our award-winning practice. Based in the Cardiff studio, you will drive PRP's growth across Wales, reporting directly to Andrew Mellor (Partner).

Part-time Business Development Manager based in Cardiff studio; 12 month fixed term contract.
Identifying and developing new business for PRP in Wales.
Reporting directly to Andrew Mellor (Partner).

Responsibilities

New Business Development: Identifying and developing new business for PRP in Wales.
Research & Analysis: researching leads, trends, opportunities; client contacts; market intelligence.
External Engagement & Networking: arranging meetings with PRP management; client events; promoting services; collaborate with London Marketing.
Monitoring & Reporting: monitoring and reporting on Business Development functions.
Client Relationship Management: supporting client relationships and post-engagement follow-ups.
