Penguin Recruitment is seeking an Office Lead to establish and grow a new Cardiff studio within an award-winning planning and design consultancy. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects with social, environmental and economic impact across Wales.

The role offers significant autonomy, senior leadership responsibility and a chance to shape a growing regional office while driving client relationships and business development.

Qualifications

• Applications welcomed from experienced professionals with multidisciplinary backgrounds.
• Demonstrate leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of Welsh planning system and policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of nationally significant projects across regeneration, renewable energy, strategic planning and placemaking.
• Grow and mentor a multidisciplinary Cardiff team.
• Lead business development and client relationships in Wales.
• Shape and grow a new Cardiff studio while maintaining collaborative culture.
