Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking an Office Lead / Studio Director to establish and grow a new Cardiff studio. The role offers leadership over a multidisciplinary team delivering planning, urban design, landscape architecture and environmental planning projects across Wales.

The successful candidate will drive business growth, recruit and mentor staff, and build a strong Welsh client network while maintaining the collaborative, employee-owned culture the practice is known for.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams
• Experience managing a regional office, business unit or technical team
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to win work
• Excellent understanding of Welsh planning system and policy
• Experience delivering complex planning, design or environmental projects
