Benefit Cosmetics in Gateshead is seeking a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert to connect with customers at Sephora Metro centre. You will help achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional service and expert brow services.

The role requires 15 hours per week with full training and benefits, including product discounts and staff sales opportunities. Join a brand known for iconic brow products and a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• Dynamic, enthusiastic and sales-driven with a passion for make-up.
• Must have 4+ years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, bank holidays and holiday periods.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve individual retail sales goals and support counter manager.
• Provide brow services including waxing, tinting and tweezing.
• Collaborate with team to meet counter and business needs.
• Support in-store and external events to promote products and drive sales.
• Complete daily/weekly worksheets to track sales and assist with administration.
• Maintain clean counter and displays to uphold brand standards.
