Job summary

Adecco (Portugal) is seeking a Branch Sales Advisor for the Hanley area, working part-time across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with a 20-hour week. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling transactions, and supporting branch targets.

This position may involve in-store and phone interactions, with occasional deliveries using a company van to cover holidays or staff absences. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high quality customer service.
• Ability to interact with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
• Comfort with using IT systems to process transactions and respond to inquiries.
• Willingness to cover shifts and support branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Interact with customers in-store, on the phone, and during visits to promote products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve branch targets and objectives.
• Uphold the organisation's standards of service excellence and professionalism.
• Keep the store clean, tidy and presentable.
• Process customer transactions and respond to inquiries.
• Possibly drive a commercial van to visit customer sites for deliveries when covering holidays or sickness.
