Bellway is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor for a site-based role in Hertfordshire. The role involves managing day-to-day sales activities, guiding customers around show homes, and coordinating contracts through to completion.

You will support the Sales Manager and contribute to achieving targets while upholding Bellway's service standards. The position requires a flexible approach, site visits, and excellent customer service skills, with working hours totaling 21 per week across 4 days.

Formación

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service
• Experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsabilidades

• Achieve or exceed sales targets as defined by senior management
• Liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisers to ensure timely contract exchange and completions
• Progress reservations through contract exchange and legal completion
• Present site, show homes and plots to customers to demonstrate product features and benefits
• Maintain high standards of site presentation and health and safety compliance
• Use Bellway's CRM to maintain accurate records and communications
• Coordinate with Site Manager for timely customer meetings and actions
• Attend weekly Sales/Site meetings and record actions arising
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
