Job summary

Arco is seeking a Branch Sales Advisor in Manchester for 20 hours per week. You will engage customers in-store, on calls and on visits to promote our PPE products and services while ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. Training will be provided on PPE and safety goods, with opportunities for progression.

The role supports flexible hours, occasional Saturday mornings, and a path to future development within Arco. A UK driving licence is helpful for branch deliveries when required.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
• Strong focus on delivering a great customer experience.
• Basic IT systems literacy to process transactions and respond to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding levels of customer service in-store and on calls.
• Interacting with customers in store, on the phone and on visits to promote products and services.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming shop environment and presentable storefronts.
• Process customer transactions using our IT software and respond to queries.
• Assist with branch deliveries to cover holidays or sickness when required.
