Job summary

Arco Limited in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to work 12 hours per week, Thursday 08:00–17:00 and Saturday 08:00–12:00. You’ll do more than checkout, contacting and visiting customers to promote products, answering queries in-store and via email, and helping maintain a store to be proud of.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with retail environments helps.
• Comfort making promotional calls to business customers.
• Ability to use IT systems to process transactions and respond to enquiries.
